01

10,000 people and thousands of daily Warsaw journeys

On 16 July 2026, the MetroRadar community reached 10,000 users. It is the first five-figure milestone for an independent app created to help passengers spot a disruption before it changes their daily journey.

We celebrated 7,500 users on 1 July. Another 2,500 people joined the community over the following 15 days, showing how many passengers value short, current and route-relevant information about Warsaw transport.

02

A community that helps spot problems sooner

Each of those 10,000 people moves around Warsaw differently. Some use M1 or M2 every day; others connect a bus with a tram, SKM, Koleje Mazowieckie or WKD. MetroRadar brings supported announcements together and lets passengers focus on the modes and routes that matter to their journey.

A larger community also means more feedback, reports and independent confirmation from across Warsaw. Passenger information remains clearly separated from official announcements, while additional signals help establish whether an incident is genuinely affecting services.

  • an alert before departure leaves more time to change route,
  • clear source labels make information easier to assess,
  • user feedback shows what should be improved next.

03

An important stop, with more still ahead

Reaching 10,000 users is a reason to celebrate and a responsibility. We will keep improving alert accuracy, the disruption map, saved routes, notifications and accessibility. The aim remains the same: less frantic checking and more time for a calm decision.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted MetroRadar, sent constructive feedback, reported a problem or recommended the app. This shared milestone was built through thousands of everyday journeys across Warsaw.
