MetroRadar on Radio Kolor 103 FM — talking about Warsaw transport disruptions

MetroRadar appeared on Radio Kolor 103 FM on 17 June 2026. For an app designed around the daily experience of Warsaw passengers, local radio was a natural place to tell the story: its listeners are often travelling to work, taking children to school or moving between appointments across the city.

The appearance introduced MetroRadar as an app that brings together information about Warsaw public-transport disruptions and helps passengers spot a problem before they reach the station or stop.

Learning about a closed metro section at the platform leaves few options and replacement services may already be crowded. Receiving the same information before leaving home can mean a calm route change, an earlier bus or a different station.

MetroRadar combines official announcements with separately labelled passenger reports. The first provide a reference point; the second can flag a situation earlier. Showing the source and scope allows users to judge the information for themselves.
